We are all very excited to present to you the 2016 Women on the Move edition of ONYX Magazine. Featured on the cover is the Ultimate Southern Belle Phaedra Parks. We are honoring 22 phenomenal and influential women for their accomplishments and contributions either in politics, business, education, counseling, community service, music and the arts. Each one of these women have played a part in making a difference in our communities.

ONYX Magazine, Florida’s premiere and most respected publication celebrates the accomplishments and contributions of African-Americans and those of the African Diaspora in the Sunshine State. Our stories include editorials focused primarily on the interests and needs of African-Americans. It further serves as a venue to promote the positive experiences of Black life while promoting seamless, diversified connections with other cultures throughout the great State of Florida.
